Active Ants AutoStore

All of our warehouses are equipped with the revolutionary AutoStore system. This system consists of storage bins that are stacked on top of each other, on which robots drive back and forth to bring the bins with products to our operators. This ensures an error-free, fast, dust-proof and theft-proof storage and order-picking process. On top of that makes the AutoStore our E-fulfilment process more sustainable than a traditional 3PL fulfilment provider because it requires 600% less space compared to a normal warehouse.

Return Solutions

Active Ants developed various excellent, fast and affordable returns solutions. With our exclusively developed API, you can automatically generate return labels for your customers via our IT system. We include these return labels with every order. If consumers want to return an item, all they have to do is stick the return label on the box and drop it off at the post office! Since this method of returns processing is mandatory at marketplaces such as Zalando and Amazon, Active Ants has taken care of everything for you.

BasketPic™

Unique within the Active Ants Approach is the BasketPic™ solution. By automatically weighing orders and matching the calculated weight, we ensure zero errors during our process. We also make a picture of the products before shipping, which you can send to your customer or use for customer service purposes.
